ISG series single-stage single-suction vertical centrifugal pump is a second-generation high-efficiency energy-saving product designed by our company with reference to the performance parameters specified in international ISO2858 and national standard JB / T6878.2-93, combined with our company's many years of production experience, and is an alternative Ideal for conventional pumps such as SG-type pipeline centrifugal pumps, IS-type centrifugal pumps, and D-type multi-stage centrifugal pumps

Product features <br /> The pump is a vertical structure with the same inlet and outlet diameters, and is located on the same centerline. It can be installed in the pipeline like a valve, with a compact and beautiful appearance, a small footprint, and low building investment. The upper protective cover can be used outdoors. The impeller is directly installed on the extended shaft of the motor, with short axial dimensions, reasonable pump and motor bearing configuration, and can effectively balance the radial and axial loads generated by the pump operation, thereby ensuring smooth pump operation and low vibration and noise. Installation and maintenance of instant noodles, no need to disassemble the piping system, just remove the pump joint seat nut to pull out all the rotor components. The series and parallel operation modes of the pump can be adopted according to the requirements of use, that is, the needs of flow and head. According to the requirements of pipeline layout, vertical and horizontal installation of the pump can be used. Series flow range is 1.5 ~ 1600m3 / h, and head range is 5 ~ 125m. It can be divided into basic type, split type and cutting type.

Product Usage
ISG vertical pipeline centrifugal pump is used to transport clean water and other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clear water. It is suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, pressurized water supply for high-rise buildings, garden sprinkler irrigation, fire booster, long-distance transportation, HVAC. Refrigeration cycle, cold and warm water cycle pressurization and equipment supporting, the use temperature is <80 ℃.

Conditions of use for ISG vertical pipeline centrifugal pump
1. Suction pressure ≤ 1.0Mpa, or the maximum working pressure of the pump system ≤ 1.6Mpa, that is, pump suction port pressure + pump head ≤ 1.6Mpa, pump static pressure test pressure is 2.5Mpa, please specify the system working pressure when ordering. When the working pressure of the pump system is greater than 1.6Mpa, it should be put forward separately when ordering. So that the pump's flow parts and coupling parts are made of cast steel during manufacture.
2. Ambient temperature <40 ℃, relative humidity <95%.
3. The volume content of solid particles in the conveyed medium does not exceed 0.1% per unit volume, and the particle size is <0.2mm.
Note: If the medium used is with fine particles, please specify when ordering in order to use a wear-resistant mechanical seal.
