JYWQ / JBWQ / JPWQ automatic mixing sewage pump

product description
The JYWQ and JPWQ series automatic agitation sewage pumps are based on ordinary sewage pumps. They use an automatic agitation device. The device rotates with the motor shaft to generate a strong stirring force. The internal discharge improves the anti-blocking and sewage discharge capacity of the pump, and completes the drainage, decontamination, and desilting in one operation, which saves operating costs. It is an environmentally friendly product with obvious advancedness and practicality.
Product Usage
1. Discharge of severely polluted wastewater from factories and businesses.
2. Urban sewage treatment, drainage systems of hospitals and hotels.
3. Sewage drainage station in residential area.
4. Drainage station of civil air defense system, water supply device of water plant.
5. Municipal engineering and construction sites.
6. Supporting equipment for exploration, mining and power plants.
7. Rural biogas ponds, farmland irrigation, and river pond dredging.

Structural features
1.Using a unique double-flow channel non-blocking impeller structure to improve the sewage flow capacity and sewage discharge capacity
2. The automatic stirring device generates extremely strong stirring force. The sediment in the tank is stirred into a suspended substance and then sucked into the impeller for discharge, thereby achieving the function of dredging.
3. The partition divides the base into two, and the stirring and the water do not affect each other.
4. The mechanical seal is a double-end mechanical seal, which has been in the oil chamber for a long time to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the water pump .
5. The hydrodynamic seal of the auxiliary impeller structure not only has the auxiliary sealing effect, thereby protecting the mechanical seal, but also balancing the axial force and prolonging the service life of the bearing.
6. There is a water leak detection probe in the pump connection chamber. When a water leak occurs, the probe sends a signal and the control system protects the pump. The company can be equipped with a fully automatic safety protection control cabinet.
7. The motor stator adopts class B and F insulation, and built-in thermal protector. When the motor overloads and heats up, the protector acts in time to implement absolute protection for the pump and motor.
8. An oil-water probe is installed in the oil chamber. When the mechanical seal is damaged, water enters the oil chamber, and the probe sends a signal to protect the pump by the control system.
9, JPW with internal circulation cooling system, can ensure that the pump works normally at the lowest level of the pool.
